However, the pet care provider assumes no responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or incidents involving your pet, property, or third parties during the course of the service, except where required by law.

Liability: We are not liable for any damage, injury, loss, or theft caused by your pet during the service period, nor are we responsible for any damages that may occur while your pet is in our care.

Health and Safety: It is the responsibility of the pet owner to disclose any pre-existing health conditions, behavioral concerns, or special needs of their pet. We are not responsible for any unforeseen health issues or behavioral issues arising during the service.

Emergency Situations: In the event of a medical emergency, we reserve the right to take your pet to the nearest veterinary clinic, and any associated costs will be the responsibility of the pet owner.

Indemnity: By booking our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paws to The Wall, its employees, contractors, or agents from any and all claims, losses, or damages arising out of or related to the pet services provided.

Refund Policy - the basics
Our services are provided with the utmost care and attention. However, due to the nature of the services provided, we do not offer refunds for any bookings once services have been rendered. In the event of a cancellation prior to service, a refund may be issued depending on the timing and circumstances, subject to our cancellation policy.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may result in a partial refund or no refund at all. If the service is not able to be completed due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued. Refund requests must be made in writing and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
