     1. Services Provided

Paws to the Wall provides pet-sitting services, including but not limited to pet sitting, dog walking, cat care, and other related pet care services as described on our website. All services are subject to availability and our terms.

     2. Booking and Payments

     2.1 Booking: You can book pet-sitting services through our website or by contacting us directly. By submitting a booking request, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your pet and your needs.

     2.2 Payment: Payment for services must be made in advance, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payment via Credit Cards, Venmo, Cashapp, Cash, Check, etc.

     2.3 Pricing: All pricing is clearly displayed on our website and is subject to change. You will be charged according to the pricing at the time of your booking.

     3. Cancellations and Refunds

     3.1 Cancellations by Client: If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, you must notify us >48hrs prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations made within this period may incur a cancellation fee or result in no refund.

     3.2 Cancellations by Paws to the Wall: If for any reason we need to cancel or reschedule a service, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund or offer to reschedule your service.

     3.3 Refunds: Refunds are issued at our discretion, and in accordance with our cancellation policy.

     4. Pet Health and Safety

     4.1 Pet Information: You agree to provide complete and accurate information about your pet’s health, behavior, and any special needs at the time of booking. This includes any allergies, medications, or behavioral concerns that may affect the care we provide.

     4.2 Health Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care for your pet at your expense. We will attempt to contact you as soon as possible in such cases.

     4.3 Vaccinations and Health Requirements: You must ensure your pet is up-to-date on all required vaccinations, including rabies, and is in good health before utilizing our services. We may refuse service if your pet is not in a condition deemed safe for care.

     5. Liability

     5.1 Pet Behavior: You are responsible for informing us of any aggressive or unsafe behavior your pet may exhibit. We reserve the right to refuse service if we feel your pet may pose a danger to our staff, other pets, or themselves.

     5.2 Limitations of Liability: Paws to the Wall is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during the course of providing services, unless such incidents arise from our negligence or misconduct.

     6. Client Responsibilities

     6.1 Access to Property: You agree to provide us with proper access to your home or property for pet-sitting and other services. Failure to do so may result in additional fees or cancellation of the service.

     6.2 Behavioral Expectations: You agree to behave respectfully and courteously toward our staff and to adhere to the terms outlined in this agreement.

     7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Paws to the Wall, its employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of our services, your pet’s actions, or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

     8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Paws to the Wall website, including logos, images, text, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Paws to the Wall. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

     9. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

     10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
